The mission of Connected by 25 is to support youth aging out of Hillsborough County foster care to be educated, housed, banked, connected to a support system and be a contributing member of the community by age 25. To achieve our mission, the Connected by 25 Hillsborough program offers an onsite education program, a financial literacy/ matched savings account and a scholarship program that supports personal enrichment for young people. As a public-private partnership, our work is meant to enhance and support the services mandated by Florida law and provided by the foster care system in Hillsborough County, Florida.
